When something crosses your mind, you don't have to figure out right away where it belongs. Just drop it into Ideas and turn it into a task later, whenever you've got time.
New idea
Press N anywhere in the app and write down what's on your mind. Save it and get back to whatever you were doing. You'll find all your ideas under Ideas. The menu shows a count of unprocessed ones, so nothing slips through.
Idea by voice
If you don't feel like typing, click the microphone icon in the idea window (Record voice message) and start talking. The recording gets saved along with the idea.
Later, in Ideas, you can turn it into text using the Transcribe to text icon next to the recording. Transcription costs 1 AI credit, and the text gets added to the idea. More on credits in the AI Credits article.
Turning an idea into a task
Click Process next to an idea, pick a project, and the idea turns into a task. You can switch between Unprocessed and All ideas, so the processed ones don't get in your way.
FREE or PRO
Ideas are a PRO feature. Once PRO ends, you can still see your existing ideas, but you'll need PRO again to add new ones or edit existing ones. More in the When PRO Ends article.
