frego is an app for freelancers and small teams. Planning your day, tasks, time tracking, and invoices all live in one place, so you don't have to jump between five different tools.
How it all fits together
Everything is built around one simple chain:
- Client – who you're working for.
- Project – what you're working on for them. Every project belongs to a client.
- Task – what exactly needs to get done.
- Hours worked – the time you spent on a task. You can track it with a timer or add it manually.
- Invoice – create one from your hours worked in just a few clicks.
On top of that is your daily plan. In the morning you pick what you want to get done today, during the day you run the timer on your tasks, and in the evening you can see how much you've worked and how many hours are still waiting to be invoiced.
Who it's for
Mainly for freelancers who work with multiple clients and bill by the hour. If you're working with other people, you can invite them to a project with PRO. More in the article Projects and team.
How much it costs
The FREE plan covers the whole chain from client to invoice, including the daily plan, with a limit of 2 active clients. PRO adds unlimited clients plus extra tools like cloud storage, a vault, project sharing, and statistics. Every new account gets 14 days of PRO for free.
