frego has three plans. Each higher plan includes everything from the one below it.

FREE
The whole path from client to invoice: clients, projects, kanban, tasks, daily plan, timer, manual time entries and invoices from tracked hours, PDF included. Only the number of active clients and the storage are limited. The Frego helper is free.
You can record calls on FREE too, video included, and play, download and share the recordings with a project. Transcribing and analysing calls is part of PRO and uses AI credits, more in the article Calls.

PRO
For the freelancer whose business is growing. You get unlimited clients, plus:
- a cloud for your projects with file sharing,
- a password vault with end-to-end encryption,
- project materials, mind maps and AI quotes with pricing, a PDF and sending to the client,
- sharing projects with your team and clients,
- work packages and project statistics,
- project templates,
- writing off hours and a work report as a PDF,
- ideas and stickers,
- search and Google Calendar sync,
- integrations (webhooks),
- transcription and analysis of calls (from AI credits),
- 20 AI credits per month.
PRO is tied to the projects you created. You can only invite people to them with PRO, and once there they use the PRO features even on FREE, except for AI.
PRO + AI
All of PRO plus 300 AI credits per month for dictating tasks, task import, quotes from materials and AI commands. It's a good fit when you use AI every day and the 20 credits in PRO aren't enough.
How to start
Every new account gets 14 days of PRO for free, no card needed, more in the article 14-day trial. You buy a plan in Settings → Subscription. You choose PRO or PRO + AI and monthly or yearly billing.
Switching between PRO and PRO + AI
If you're already paying for PRO, you switch to PRO + AI in Settings → Subscription with Change plan and Switch to PRO + AI. The switch to PRO + AI takes effect immediately. You only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period, and the AI credits you're missing up to 300 are added right away.
Going back from PRO + AI to PRO, just like switching from yearly to monthly billing, only takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Until then you can call it off with Cancel the change. More in the article Changing and cancelling your subscription.
