AI command
The fastest way to get a task into the app when you don't have time to type. Just say something like: "For Novák s.r.o., the contact form on the website needs fixing, high priority, about two hours."
- Press A or click + in the top bar and choose AI task.
- Click the microphone and say which project it's for and what the task is about. Then stop the recording.
- AI will prepare a draft: project, title, description, section, tag, priority and estimate.
- Check the draft and tweak it if needed. If AI isn't sure about the project, it'll let you know and you'll confirm it yourself.
- Click Create and the task lands in the project.
One draft costs 1 AI credit, including the voice transcription. Creating the task from the draft doesn't cost anything extra. If the draft fails, you'll get your credit back.
Voice messages for a task
In the task detail, you can record Voice messages, handy for when a client is explaining something and you don't want to type it out right away. Later, use Transcribe to text to turn the recording into text, which gets added to the task description. Transcription costs 1 credit.
Task title
If you've got the description but can't think of a name for the task, click Generate title. It's free, you just need PRO.
