We only process data that is necessary to provide our services:
Name, surname, and email address for the purpose of contract fulfillment (access to the application).
We use your email to send system messages (e.g. confirmation of saved changes, running timer notifications) via Mailgun.
If you activate paid plugins in the future, we will process billing data (company name, company ID, address) to fulfill legal obligations.
Data you send us as part of requests to improve Frego.
Your data is secure and primarily processed within the European Union. We use infrastructure provided by Digital Ocean, LLC:

The application uses cookies to ensure functionality (e.g. maintaining your login session) and to analyze traffic. You can find the full list of cookies we use in our cookie bar on the website, where you can change your preferences at any time.

We delete data after 5 years from your last login.
For the free version, we reserve the right to delete data after 3 months of complete inactivity.
We retain billing data for 10 years as required by law.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
If you are dissatisfied, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Freelance GO is built on modern security standards. We have adopted technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data and passwords (encryption, secure Vault).
