You can delete your account yourself. There's no need to contact anyone about it.
How to do it
- Open Settings, the Basic Info page.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Account.
- Enter your Current Password and, just to be safe, type in your email.
- If you own projects that other people are also part of, choose what happens to them: Delete these projects too or Leave them to the other members. If you leave them, one of the other members will take over ownership.
- Click Delete Permanently.
What happens next
- Your account is blocked immediately and you're logged out.
- Your subscription cancels automatically, so there's no need to cancel it separately.
- After 30 days, all your data gets permanently deleted: clients, projects, tasks, hours, invoices, and files in the cloud.
In other people's projects
In projects that belong to someone else, the hours you logged and your comments stay with the owner, so they don't lose their history or billing records. Your name just won't show up next to them anymore.
Heads upWithin the 30-day window, we can still restore your account. If you change your mind, email us as soon as possible at studio@wcr.sk. After 30 days, restoring it is no longer possible.
TipIf you just want to stop paying, you don't need to delete your account. Just cancel your subscription and you'll stay on FREE with all your data intact. More info in the article Changing and canceling your subscription.
How we handle your data, including after you delete your account, is described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
