Article 1 – Introductory provisions and operator

1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations arising from the use of the frego web application (the "Service") and form the content of the contract between the operator and the user.

1.2 The Service is operated by:

WCR Technologies s. r. o. Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovakia Company ID (IČO): 57261733 Tax ID (DIČ): 2122638947 VAT ID (IČ DPH): SK2122638947 (registered under Section 7a of Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax) registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file No. 192642/B e-mail: studio@wcr.sk

(the "Operator").

1.3 The authority supervising the Operator's obligations towards consumers is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region, Prievozská 32, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk.

1.4 Annex 1 (Information on the right of withdrawal) and Annex 2 (Model withdrawal form) form an integral part of these Terms. The processing of personal data is governed by the separate documents listed in Article 19.

Article 2 – Definitions

2.1 User means a natural or legal person who has registered an account in the Service.

2.2 Consumer means a User who is a natural person and who, when concluding and performing the Contract, is not acting within the scope of their business, trade or profession.

2.3 Business User means a User who is not a Consumer, in particular a person using the Service for the purposes of their business or profession (for example a sole trader or a company).

2.4 Contract means the contract for the supply of a digital service concluded between the Operator and the User, whose content consists of these Terms and, for paid plans, the order details (plan, price, billing period).

2.5 Plan means the FREE, PRO or PRO + AI scope of the Service under Article 4.

2.6 Subscription means a paid PRO or PRO + AI Plan with a monthly or yearly billing period.

2.7 Trial means the free 14-day period with PRO Plan features under Article 5.

2.8 AI credits means the units used to pay for the AI features of the Service under Article 8.

2.9 User Content means all data, files, texts and other content that the User or persons invited by the User upload to or create in the Service.

2.10 Project means the part of the Service in which the User records work for a specific client; the Project Owner is the User who created the Project, and a Project Member is a person invited to the Project by the Project Owner or a Project admin.

2.11 Vault means the part of the Service intended for storing passwords and other sensitive data, end-to-end encrypted under Article 12.

Article 3 – Conclusion of the Contract and user account

3.1 The Contract is concluded electronically by registering in the Service (with an e-mail address and password or through a Google account) and accepting these Terms. A contract for a Subscription or for the purchase of AI credits is concluded by completing the order and paying the price under Article 6.

3.2 Only persons aged 16 or over may register. The User confirms that they have the legal capacity required to conclude the Contract; a User acting on behalf of a legal entity confirms that they are authorised to bind it.

3.3 The User must provide true and up-to-date information, including whether they use the Service as a Consumer or as a Business User (in particular by entering a company ID or VAT ID when ordering).

3.4 The User must protect their login credentials, must not disclose them to third parties, and must notify the Operator without undue delay of any suspected misuse. The User is responsible for activity carried out through their account unless they prove that it occurred through no fault of their own.

3.5 The Contract is concluded in the Slovak language. Translations of the Terms into other languages are for information only. The Operator keeps the version of the Terms in force at the time the Contract was concluded and will send it to the User on request.

3.6 The Operator is not bound by any code of conduct.

Article 4 – Plans and scope of the Service

4.1 The Service is provided in the following Plans:

FREE PRO PRO + AI
Monthly price €0 €9 €19
Yearly price €0 €90 €190
Active clients 2 unlimited unlimited
Storage 1 GB 250 GB 250 GB
AI credits per month 0 20 300

4.2 FREE includes in particular clients and projects, kanban and tasks, the daily plan, the timer, time entries and invoicing. The FREE Plan is limited to 2 active clients and 1 GB of storage.

4.3 PRO includes everything in FREE with no limit on active clients and, in particular, project cloud storage with file sharing, the Vault, specification, mind maps and project plan, sharing projects with a team and clients, work packages and project statistics, writing off hours and the work report, ideas and sticky notes, search, Google Calendar sync, integrations (webhooks) and 20 AI credits per month.

4.4 PRO + AI includes everything in PRO plus 300 AI credits per month.

4.5 The current description of each Plan's features is given in the price list and in the Service's help centre. The Operator may continuously improve the Service and change its features; a material reduction in the scope of a paid Plan is treated as a change to the Terms under Article 21.

4.6 When the Trial or a Subscription ends (including when it is paused under clause 7.8), the User moves to the FREE Plan. User Content is not deleted. Parts of the Service belonging to the PRO Plan (in particular the cloud, Vault, specification, project plan, ideas and sticky notes) remain available read-only and for download; other PRO features (in particular project statistics, writing off hours, the work report, search, AI features, inviting new Project Members and changing their roles) are not available. If the User has more active clients than the FREE Plan allows, no client is deactivated, but a new active client can be added only after the number falls below the limit. Details are provided in the help centre.

4.7 Where special Subscription terms are individually agreed with a User, those terms prevail over these Terms.

Article 5 – Trial

5.1 Every new account receives, once, on registration, a 14-day Trial with PRO Plan features including 20 AI credits. The Trial is free and does not require a payment card.

5.2 When the Trial ends, the User automatically moves to the FREE Plan with the consequences under clause 4.6. The Trial does not automatically convert into a paid Subscription and nothing is charged.

5.3 If the User orders a Subscription during the Trial, the Subscription starts on the day of payment and the remaining Trial days are not added to it.

5.4 The Operator may inform the User by e-mail and in the Service that the Trial is about to end.

Article 6 – Prices, VAT and payments

6.1 The prices of Plans and AI credits are set out in Articles 4 and 8 and in the Service's price list. Prices are final and the User pays no additional fees.

6.2 The Operator is registered for value added tax under Section 7a of Slovak Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax and is not a VAT payer under Section 4 of that Act; VAT is therefore not added to the prices.

6.3 Prices are paid by payment card via the Stripe payment gateway. The User enters card details directly with the payment service provider Stripe and the Operator has no access to them. When ordering, the User may apply a discount code if the Operator has provided one.

6.4 The Subscription price is paid in advance for the whole billing period (month or year). An invoice for each payment is issued by the Operator through Stripe and is available in the subscription management. The User agrees to invoices being issued and delivered electronically.

6.5 If payment fails when ordering, the Subscription contract is not concluded and nothing is charged.

Article 7 – Subscription: renewal, changes, cancellation

7.1 A Subscription is concluded for an indefinite period with a monthly or yearly billing period. At the end of each period the Subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length and the price is charged to the stored payment card unless the User cancels the Subscription before the end of the period. By ordering a Subscription, the User agrees to such recurring charges.

7.2 The User manages the Subscription in the Service under Settings → Subscription, through Stripe's subscription management. There the User can change the Plan, billing period, payment card and billing details, download invoices and cancel the Subscription.

7.3 The User may cancel the Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid billing period; until then the User keeps access to the paid Plan. The price for the unused part of a paid period is not refunded unless these Terms or the law provide otherwise (in particular on a Consumer's withdrawal under Article 16 or on lack of conformity under Article 17).

7.4 Switching from PRO to PRO + AI and from monthly to yearly billing takes effect immediately. The User pays a prorated part of the price difference for the rest of the current period and, when switching to PRO + AI, immediately receives AI credits up to the PRO + AI monthly allowance under clause 8.3.

7.5 Switching from PRO + AI to PRO and from yearly to monthly billing takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then the User keeps the original Plan, including any AI credits already held.

7.6 If the User deletes their account under Article 20, the Subscription is cancelled automatically.

7.7 The Operator may change the Subscription price with effect from the next billing period, provided it notifies the User at least 30 days in advance. If the User does not agree with the new price, they may cancel the Subscription under clause 7.3 before the period from which the new price applies.

7.8 If a recurring payment cannot be collected (for example because the card has expired), the Operator pauses the Subscription features and the Service behaves as on the FREE Plan under clause 4.6. User Content is not deleted. Once the payment is completed in the subscription management, the Subscription features are restored.

Article 8 – AI credits

8.1 The AI features of the Service (in particular voice transcription, AI commands, task import and the project plan) are paid for with AI credits. The number of AI credits an action uses is shown in the Service next to the action and in the help centre. AI credits are always used by the User who triggers the AI action.

8.2 AI features may be used only by a User with their own active PRO or PRO + AI Plan (including the Trial).

8.3 Monthly allowance. A User on the PRO Plan (including the Trial) receives 20 AI credits and a User on PRO + AI receives 300 AI credits per month. The monthly allowance is renewed on the 1st day of each calendar month. Unused credits from the monthly allowance lapse and do not carry over to the next month. When switching to PRO + AI during a month, the User immediately receives the difference up to 300 AI credits; when switching back to PRO, the User keeps the credits already held and receives the PRO allowance from the following month.

8.4 Top-up credits. A User on PRO or PRO + AI may buy a pack of 100 AI credits for €3. Top-up credits never expire and are used only after the monthly allowance has been used up. When a Subscription ends, top-up credits are kept and can be used once a PRO or PRO + AI Plan is active again.

8.5 If an AI action fails for technical reasons and the User does not receive its result, the AI credits used are returned.

8.6 AI credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to other Users, and unused AI credits are not paid out. All AI credits lapse when the account ceases to exist. This does not affect a Consumer's rights under Articles 16 and 17.

Article 9 – AI features and the Frego helper

9.1 The Service contains features based on artificial intelligence. To provide them, the Operator uses third-party services, in particular Anthropic (text processing) and OpenAI (voice transcription). When an AI feature is used, the data needed to perform the action are passed to these providers; details are given in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. The User must review AI output before using it and is solely responsible for its use. AI output is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

9.3 The Frego helper is a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence; when using it, the User interacts with an AI system, not a human, and the Service says so directly in the helper window. The helper explains how the Service works, makes no changes in the Service and has no access to the content of the User's tasks, clients or invoices. The helper is free for all Users and uses no AI credits. For fair use, it is limited to 30 questions per day.

Article 10 – Projects, team and roles

10.1 The availability of PRO features in a Project depends on the Project Owner's Plan. If the Project Owner has a PRO or PRO + AI Plan, Project Members, including those on the FREE Plan, may use PRO features in that Project, except AI features, for which they need their own PRO or PRO + AI Plan and their own AI credits.

10.2 Project Members may be assigned one of the following roles: a) Admin – can manage Project Members and Project settings, b) Coworker – a regular team member, c) Client – the Project Owner's client; can in particular upload files to the Project cloud and store items in the Project Vault. The Project Owner has all permissions.

10.3 New Project Members can be invited and their roles changed only in a Project whose Owner has a PRO or PRO + AI Plan. A Project Member can always be removed. Project Members remain in the Project after the Owner's Subscription ends.

10.4 A User who invites other persons to a Project is responsible for being entitled to give them access to the data in the Project and for the choice of their roles. With respect to personal data the User processes in a Project, the User is the controller and the Operator is the processor under the Data Processing Agreement (Article 19).

10.5 If a Project Member deletes their account, their time entries and comments in a Project owned by someone else remain with the Project Owner without the Member's name.

Article 11 – User Content and licence

11.1 User Content belongs to the User (or to the persons from whom the User obtained it). The Operator acquires no ownership or other rights in User Content other than the right under clause 11.2.

11.2 The User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to store, reproduce, adapt into a technically necessary form and make available User Content to the User and to the persons with whom the User shares it, solely to the extent and for the time necessary to provide the Service (including backups and passing data to AI providers when the User uses AI features).

11.3 The User is responsible for being entitled to upload User Content to the Service and process it there, and for not infringing third-party rights or the law by doing so.

11.4 The Service, its software, design, trademarks, help texts and other elements that are not User Content are subject to the rights of the Operator or its licensors. The User is granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of the Contract in accordance with these Terms.

11.5 The Operator backs up User Content daily. We nevertheless recommend that the User keep copies of important data (in particular invoices and accounting records) outside the Service as well; the Service is not intended to replace the statutory archiving of accounting documents.

Article 12 – Vault

12.1 Vault content is encrypted directly in the User's browser with the User's master password and is sent to the server already encrypted. The Operator has no access to unencrypted Vault content or to the master password.

12.2 When setting up the Vault, the User is shown a recovery key once. The User must store it safely. The recovery key is the only way to regain access to the Vault if the master password is forgotten.

12.3 If the User loses both the master password and the recovery key, Vault content cannot be recovered. The User can only reset the Vault, which permanently deletes their personal items; access to shared items must be granted again by the Project Owners. The Operator is not liable for such loss of data.

12.4 New Vault items can be added only in a Project whose Owner has a PRO or PRO + AI Plan. After the Subscription ends, existing items remain available read-only.

Article 13 – Acceptable use

13.1 The User must not use the Service in breach of the law, good morals or these Terms. In particular, the User must not: a) store, share or distribute content that is illegal or infringes intellectual property rights, personality rights or data protection rights of third parties, b) distribute malicious code, spam or fraudulent content, in particular through public file links, c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other Users' accounts or to the Operator's infrastructure, or test the Service for vulnerabilities without the Operator's consent, d) place an unreasonable load on the Service, in particular through automated bulk access not expressly permitted, e) circumvent the limits of the Plans, AI credits or the Frego helper limit, f) resell the Service or provide it to third parties as their own service without the Operator's written consent.

13.2 Reporting illegal content. Anyone may report to the Operator content in the Service they believe to be illegal by e-mail to studio@wcr.sk. The notice should include the reasons, the exact location of the content (for example a link), the reporter's name and e-mail and a statement of good faith. The Operator assesses the notice without undue delay, may disable access to or remove the content, and informs both the reporter and the affected User of its decision and reasons; the affected User may object to the decision at the same address. The single point of contact for authorities and Users is studio@wcr.sk; communication is possible in Slovak, Czech and English.

13.3 In the event of a breach of clause 13.1, the Operator may disable access to the content concerned, restrict or suspend the User's access to the Service and, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate the Contract under clause 20.5. The Operator acts proportionately and, where circumstances allow, warns the User in advance and asks for remedy.

Article 14 – Availability and maintenance

14.1 The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available continuously. The Operator does not guarantee any specific level of availability (SLA).

14.2 The Operator may temporarily restrict or interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or security reasons. The Operator strives to carry out planned maintenance that may significantly limit the use of the Service at times of low load and to announce it in advance.

14.3 The Operator is not liable for unavailability of the Service caused by circumstances beyond its control (for example outages of infrastructure providers, payment services or internet connectivity) or for outages of third-party services the User connects to the Service (for example Google Calendar).

14.4 A Consumer's rights where unavailability of the Service constitutes a lack of conformity with the Contract are governed by Article 17.

Article 15 – Liability

15.1 The Operator is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the law and this Article.

15.2 Towards Business Users, to the extent permitted by law, the Operator: a) is not liable for lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or indirect or consequential damage, b) is liable in total up to the sum of the prices the User paid for the Service in the 12 months before the damage occurred. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to damage to life or health.

15.3 Towards Consumers, the Operator's liability is not limited beyond what the law permits; no provision of these Terms limits a Consumer's rights under mandatory provisions of law.

15.4 The Operator is not liable for damage caused by User Content, by the User's decisions based on unreviewed AI output (clause 9.2), by the loss of the master password and recovery key to the Vault (clause 12.3), by the conduct of persons the User invited to a Project, or by the User's breach of obligations under these Terms.

Article 16 – Withdrawal by Consumers

16.1 This Article applies to Consumers only. Under Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day it was concluded. Detailed information is in Annex 1 and a model form in Annex 2.

16.2 Subscription. By ordering a Subscription, the Consumer expressly requests that the provision of the Service begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, if they withdraw, they will pay the Operator an amount proportionate to the Service provided until they informed the Operator of the withdrawal. The Operator will refund the rest of the price paid. The proportionate amount is calculated from the total price for the billing period pro rata to the number of days the Subscription was provided.

16.3 Top-up AI credits. AI credits under clause 8.4 are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and are credited to the account immediately after payment. When ordering, the Consumer expressly consents to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, by giving this consent, they lose the right of withdrawal as soon as they start using the top-up credits. While none of the top-up credits has been used, the Consumer may withdraw from the purchase within the period under clause 16.1; the unused credits are then deducted from the balance. The Operator confirms this consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (by e-mail).

16.4 The express request and consent under clauses 16.2 and 16.3 are given by ticking the relevant box when ordering; the order cannot be completed without it.

16.5 Free registration and the Trial do not bind the Consumer in any way; the Consumer may stop using the Service or delete the account under Article 20 at any time.

Article 17 – Conformity and complaints

17.1 The Operator is responsible for the Service being in conformity with the Contract throughout the period of its supply. A Consumer's rights in the event of lack of conformity of a digital service are governed by the Slovak Civil Code (provisions on the supply of digital content and digital services) and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection; a Business User's rights are governed by the Slovak Commercial Code and these Terms.

17.2 If the Service is not in conformity with the Contract (for example a feature does not work as described or the Service is unavailable for an extended time), the User may lodge a complaint by e-mail to studio@wcr.sk, stating the account e-mail, a description of the problem, when it occurred and, where possible, steps to reproduce it or a screenshot.

17.3 The Operator confirms receipt of the complaint by e-mail without undue delay. It resolves the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day it was lodged, and informs the User of the outcome by e-mail.

17.4 In the event of a lack of conformity, a Consumer is entitled to have the Service brought into conformity without undue delay and free of charge. If this is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs, if the Operator does not bring the Service into conformity within a reasonable time, if the lack of conformity persists after an attempt to remedy it, or if it is so serious as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination, the Consumer is entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to withdraw from the Contract; the Consumer cannot withdraw where the lack of conformity is minor. On a price reduction or withdrawal, the Operator refunds the corresponding part of the price for the period during which the Service was not in conformity, no later than within 14 days and using the same means of payment.

17.5 Complaints do not cover the content of AI output that corresponds to the description in clause 9.2, or a lack of conformity caused by the User's failure to meet their obligations (for example an incompatible environment of which the Operator gave prior notice).

Article 18 – Alternative dispute resolution for consumers

18.1 If a Consumer is not satisfied with how the Operator handled their complaint or believes the Operator has violated their rights, they may ask the Operator for redress by e-mail to studio@wcr.sk.

18.2 If the Operator rejects the request for redress or does not reply within 30 days of it being sent, the Consumer may submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution to an ADR entity under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes. The competent entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Central Inspectorate, ADR Department, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava, ars@soi.sk, www.soi.sk) or another authorised legal person listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The Consumer may choose which of these entities to approach.

18.3 The proposal may also be submitted through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), if the platform is available.

18.4 This does not affect the Consumer's right to go to court.

Article 19 – Personal data protection

19.1 The processing of Users' personal data (account, payments, support) is governed by the Privacy Policy.

19.2 For personal data the User stores in the Service about their clients, Project Members, contacts and other persons, the Operator acts as a processor. This relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of the Contract and is accepted by the User together with these Terms.

19.3 The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

Article 20 – Term and termination, account deletion

20.1 The Contract is concluded for an indefinite period.

20.2 The User may terminate the Contract at any time by deleting the account in the Service (Settings → Basic details → Delete account). Deleting the account automatically cancels the Subscription; the price for the unused part of a paid period is not refunded unless the law provides otherwise.

20.3 Once deleted, the account is blocked immediately. After 30 days all account data, including clients, projects, tasks, hours, invoices and cloud files, are permanently erased. During those 30 days the User may ask for the account to be restored by e-mail to studio@wcr.sk; after that, restoration is not possible. This does not affect the Operator's obligations to retain certain data under specific legislation (for example accounting records of payments).

20.4 If the User owns Projects with other Project Members, on deleting the account they choose whether these Projects are deleted or taken over by one of their Members. The User's data in Projects owned by others are governed by clause 10.5.

20.5 The Operator may terminate the Contract: a) with immediate effect for a serious or repeated breach of Article 13 or other obligations of the User under these Terms, b) without giving reasons with 30 days' notice, in particular if the Service is discontinued; in that case the Operator refunds the User the prorated price paid for the period after the Contract ends and allows the User to export or download their data during the notice period. Notice is delivered by e-mail to the account address.

Article 21 – Changes to the Terms

21.1 The Operator may change these Terms, in particular following changes in legislation, in the Service's features or in the conditions of provision. The Operator notifies the User of a change by e-mail or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect.

21.2 Changes that do not disadvantage the User (for example formal or clarity edits, new features) take effect on the date stated in the notice. Material changes that adversely affect the User require the User's consent; the Service asks for it at the first login after the change takes effect.

21.3 If the User does not agree with a change, they may terminate the Contract before the change takes effect by deleting the account or cancelling the Subscription without any penalty; in the case of a material adverse change, they are entitled to a refund of the prorated price for the paid period after the change takes effect.

21.4 The current version of the Terms is published on the Service's website together with the version and effective date.

Article 22 – Governing law and disputes

22.1 The Contract is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Relationships with Business Users are governed by the Slovak Commercial Code; relationships with Consumers by the Slovak Civil Code and consumer protection legislation.

22.2 This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

22.3 Disputes with Business Users are decided by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. A Consumer may bring proceedings before the court of their domicile or of the Operator's registered office; proceedings against a Consumer may be brought only before the court of the Consumer's domicile.

Article 23 – Final provisions

Annex 1 – Information on the right of withdrawal

Applies to consumers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract was concluded, i.e. the day you ordered and paid for the PRO or PRO + AI subscription or bought AI credits.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by e-mail or by a letter sent to:

WCR Technologies s. r. o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovakia, e-mail: studio@wcr.sk.

You may use the model withdrawal form (Annex 2), but it is not obligatory. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the contract without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used (your payment card), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result.

If you requested the provision of the service (subscription) to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. We will deduct this amount from the refund. After withdrawal your subscription ends and your account moves to the FREE plan; your data are not deleted.

Exception – top-up AI credits

Top-up AI credits are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and are credited to your account immediately after payment. If, when ordering, you expressly consented to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this consent to you, you lost the right to withdraw from the purchase of AI credits as soon as you started using the top-up credits. Until you use them, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days; the unused credits are then deducted from your balance.
