- frego uses only a few of its own cookies and browser storage entries that are strictly necessary for the Service to work: they keep you signed in, remember your language and keep text you are writing.
- We use no analytics, marketing or advertising cookies and no third-party tracking tools.
- That is why we do not need your consent and show no cookie banner.
- You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. This signs you out and resets some settings to their defaults.
Article 1 – Introduction
1.1 This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the frego web application and its public pages (the "Service"), operated by WCR Technologies s. r. o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovakia, company ID (IČO): 57261733, e-mail: studio@wcr.sk (the "Operator" or "we").
1.2 Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies means in particular the browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), where the Service stores data directly on your device. Data in localStorage stays in the browser until the Service or you delete it; data in sessionStorage is deleted when you close the browser tab.
1.3 The processing of personal data in general is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 2 – Cookies and storage we use
2.1 All cookies and entries listed below are first-party (set by the Service itself on its own domain) and strictly necessary to provide the Service you have requested.

2.2 The Service uses no analytics, performance, marketing or advertising cookies and does not embed third-party tracking tools (such as measurement tags or social plugins). Fonts are served from our own server.
Article 3 – Why we do not need your consent
3.1 Under Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications (implementing Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC), consent is not required for storing or accessing information on a user's device where this is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
3.2 All cookies and entries under Article 2 are strictly necessary in this sense: without them you could not sign in, the Service would not remember your language or settings, and Sign in with Google would not be secure. That is why the Service shows no cookie consent banner.
3.3 Should we wish to use cookies that are not strictly necessary in the future (for example analytics), we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy.
Article 4 – Third-party services
4.1 Payments (Stripe). Ordering, paying for and managing a Subscription take place on the pages of the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Checkout and the customer portal). On its own domain Stripe uses its own cookies, in particular to secure payments and prevent fraud, under its own policies. We do not place these cookies in the Service.
4.2 Sign in with Google. If you sign in with a Google account, the Service redirects you to Google's page, which uses its own cookies under its own policies. After signing in you return to the Service.
Article 5 – How to delete or block cookies
5.1 You can delete cookies and data stored in your browser or block them at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy, Privacy and security or Site data. Browser vendors such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge provide instructions.
5.2 If you delete the Service's cookies, you will be signed out and your language and other settings stored in the browser will return to their defaults. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in to the application.
5.3 Signing out of the application deletes the auth_token cookie.
Article 6 – Changes to this policy
6.1 We update this policy whenever we change the cookies or similar technologies we use. The current version is published on this page with its version and effective date. Send any questions to studio@wcr.sk.
